Lucy over at the Offalygood blog has set herself a challenge to introduce as much offal into her diet as possible during 2012!
We applaud this effort, we know that many parts of the animals we consume are wasted because they are not considered the best parts. Our resident Master Butcher hates seeing food being wasted! Without offal how else would we have haggis and Lucy's yummy looking (for the most brave), Blood Pancakes!
