You will need...
- Tongmaster Vegetarian Sausage Casings (Ready to use)
- Tongmaster Organic Sausage Seasoning
- Vegetarian meat substitute (e.g. Quorn)
- Cooking Oil (such as canola oil or own preferred)
- Combine the meat substitute with the sausage seasoning.
- Fill into vegetarian sausage casings.
- Bake, fry, grill or broil sausage in usual manner until fully cooked.
- Preheat the oven to 190oC/375F/Gas 5
- Place sausages into a roasting tin and prick each one a few times with a fork.
- Cook for 25m until sausages are cooked through.
