Premium Haggis Seasoning - 250g

A peppery blend of spices ideal for creating the perfect traditional haggis.

Method

  •          Mince 278g pluck tops (sheep heart, liver & lungs with windpipe removed) through a 10mm plate.
  •          Mince 166g beef suet through a 10mm plate.
  •          Blend both with 130g oatmeal, 22g kibbled onions and 25g haggis seasoning.
  •          Add 278g stock or water and mix thoroughly.
  •          Fill into ox bungs or artificial casings and tie ends.

Cooking suggestions

  •          Place in a pot and cover with cold water.
  •        Bring to boil then simmer for 50-60 mins.
  •          Steam cook for 20-30 minutes.
  •          Microwave on full powder for 4 minutes.
