Farmhouse Traditional Black Pudding Mix - 750g

A traditional blend of herbs and spices containing everything you need to make your own black pudding – just add meat and water!

Method (2.2625kg batch)

  •          Mince 1kg fat and/or suet.
  •          Add 750g black pudding complete mix.
  •          Add 875g hot water and mix to slurry
  •          Let stand until cool. (This allows the mix to firm up for ease of filling).
  •          Fill into Tongmaster Black Pudding Casings

Cooking: Immerse in boiling water and cook at 80°C for approximately 50-60 minutes
