Our pork and apple sausage seasoning creates a tasty treat; a sweet sausage with chunks of apple pieces complimented with a delicate sprinkle of herbs


Supplied as standard in 100g pack

Method:

  •          Add the 100g complete mix to 800g meat
  •          Add 100g of cold water
  •          Mix till combined
  •          Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings

 

This mix comes ready made with rusk

Each 100g pack will make a total of 1kg
