A mix of sweet pepper and smoky salt - ideal to add a burst of flavour to any meat.
The peppercorns used in this rub are considered some of the finest in the world, originating from Tellicherry, a city on the Malabar coast of Kerala India.
Adds a delicious flavour to any dish! Use it with meat, veg, or fish to add a delicious flavour and spice up your dishes.
Method:
- Rub on to poultry, meat, fish or vegetables before grilling, roasting or pop it on the BBQ.
- Use 20-30g per 1kg meat/veg.
For best results
- Ideal for use with all cuts of chicken, pork and pork ribs.
- Fantastic as a vegetable stir fry while also complimenting fish, especially salmon and cod.
- Marinade your meat in the fridge overnight
