Lincolnshire Pork Sausage Mix (Gluten Free) - 1kg (makes a 10kg batch)

An old favourite, simple but classic sausage seasoning containing a mixture of herbs to enhance the flavour of any sausage

 

 Method

 - Add the 500g complete mix to 4kg of mince meat

 - Add 500g of cold water

 -  Mix till combined

 - Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings

 

This mix comes Ready-made with potato starch.

500g will make a total of 5kg
