Onion Bridie Mix - 500g

A classic Onion bridie recipe,  the nations favourite.

Supplied as standard in 500g pack

Method:

  • Add the 250g bridie mix to 500g mince meat
  • Add 810ml of cold water
  • Mix till combined
  • Fill into pastry shap and fold.

Ingredients: 

FORTIFIED WHEATFLOUR (WHEAT FLOUR, CALCIUM CARBONATE, IRON, NIACIN, THIAMIN) DEHYDRATED ONION POTATO STARCH SALT ONION POWDER HVP (Soya Beans) DEXTROSE SPICE EXTRACTS (Celery)

Each 250g will make a total of 1560g
