You will need...
- Tongmaster Lemon Zest and Pepper Glaze Marinade - 250g
- Courgettes - 500g, sliced
- Halloumi - 500g
- Large Re-sealable Sandwich or Freezer Bag
- Tongmaster Skewers
- Wet all of the Courgette and Halloumi by running under cold water.
- Place in a suitable bag or container and add 40-50g of Tongmaster Lemon Zest and Pepper glaze.
- Shake well to entirely cover contents.
- Add more glaze and repeat if necessary.
- Leave in glaze for 30mins, or for a better taste, overnight in the fridge.
- Soak wooden skewers for 20mins.
- Thread the courgettes and halloumi onto the skewers.
- Cook on the BBQ, or under the grill for 7-8 mins, turning half way through.
- Optional: Scatter more of the glaze on top.
