Courgette and Halloumi Skewer

Courgette and Halloumi Skewer


You will need...


  • Wet all of the Courgette and Halloumi by running under cold water.

  • Shake well to entirely cover contents.

  • Add more glaze and repeat if necessary.

  • Leave in glaze for 30mins, or for a better taste, overnight in the fridge.

  • Soak wooden skewers for 20mins.

  • Thread the courgettes and halloumi onto the skewers.

  • Cook on the BBQ, or under the grill for 7-8 mins, turning half way through.

  • Optional: Scatter more of the glaze on top.
