Tongmaster Madras Venison

Tongmaster Madras Venison

 

Serves 3

You will need...


  • 50g of Tongmaster Madras Glaze
  • Non-stick Pan
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 350g of diced venison or game meat of your choice.

Method


  • Heat the oil in a hot pan and fry the diced venison in a pan for 10 minutes until browned.


  • Add Tongmaster Madras Glaze and then simmer gently for 15 minutes, or until the meat is tender.

  • Serve with rice and Naan Bread.


Hints and Tips


Try serving with a red onion relish and portion of yoghurt which will really compliment the madras flavour.
