You will need...
- 50g of Tongmaster Madras Glaze
- Non-stick Pan
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 350g of diced venison or game meat of your choice.
- Heat the oil in a hot pan and fry the diced venison in a pan for 10 minutes until browned.
- Add Tongmaster Madras Glaze and then simmer gently for 15 minutes, or until the meat is tender.
- Serve with rice and Naan Bread.
Hints and Tips
Try serving with a red onion relish and portion of yoghurt which will really compliment the madras flavour.
