You will need...
- Cooked Frozen White Rice - (250g)
- Frozen Onion - (Sliced, 160g)
- Grated Fresh Carrot - (140g)
- Frozen Diced Red Bell Pepper - (80g)
- Frozen Sweetcorn
- Vegetarian Mediterranean Sausage Mix - (150g)
- Cold Water - (140g)
- Tongmaster Vegetarian Sausage Casings
- Tongmaster Sausage Seasoning
- Place frozen vegetables in the mixing bowl.
- Add vegetarian sausage mix.
- Add water slowly, and mix thoroughly.
- Fill into vegetarian sausage casings.
- BBQ, grill or pan-fry. Cook 3-5 mins either side, or according to taste.
