Vegetarian Sausage

Vegetarian Sausage


You will need...


  • Combine the meat substitute with the sausage seasoning.

  • Fill into vegetarian sausage casings.

  • Bake, fry, grill or broil sausage in usual manner until fully cooked.


  • Preheat the oven to 190oC/375F/Gas 5

  • Place sausages into a roasting tin and prick each one a few times with a fork.

  • Cook for 25m until sausages are cooked through.
