Salt & chilli chicken – brown chicken breast pieces in a
pan, add the spice mix along with chopped onion, peppers and spring onions and
stir until cooked.
Salt & chilli chips – coat par boiled chips before roasting
in the oven, or cook chopped onions peppers and spring onions in a pan with a
low cal spray, add our spice mix and pre-cooked chips and cook for a further
3-4 mins, stirring lightly.
Salt & chilli chicken (with batter) – dip chicken pieces in
egg wash, mix 10g spice blend with 100g instant mash and oven bake for 25 mins.
