A blend of traditional Indian spices – creating the perfect
Tikka marinade – mix 100g fat free natural yoghurt with 10g
spice mix and coat chicken evenly, marinade for at least 2 hours before grilling,
roasting or frying!
Tikka masala sauce – brown 1 chopped onion and garlic in a pan
with 10g spice mix. Blend 400g chopped tomatoes and add to the pan. Cook for 5
mins then remove from heat and slowly add 100g natural yoghurt, stirring
Add the marinated chicken to the sauce for a delicious tikka
masala curry, or serve the on its own.
