Our Welsh Dragon sausage seasoning combines pork, leek and a bit of spice! Blended with high quality ingredients to achieve the traditional flavour of the Welsh favourite.

Supplied as standard in 250g pack.

Method

Add the 250g complete mix to 2kg of mince meat
Add 250ml of cold water
Mix till combined
Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings

This mix comes Ready-made with Rusk.

Each 250g pack will make a total of 2.5kg.
