Ingredients for a 1kg batch
- Diced Chicken (cooked) - 1kg
- Curry sauce mix - 110g
- Water - 568ml/1 pint
Method
- Place curry sauce mix and water into a saucepan.
- Stir until mixture is combined.
- Bring to the boil and stir continuously.
- Add the pre-cooked chicken to the curry, and stir and cook for 1 minute.
- Allow mixture to cool to room temperature before filling into pie shells.
- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Place pies on a baking tray and bake for 35 - 40 minutes until golden brown.
Simply mix ingredients and fill into pies then bake in the oven, it couldn't be easier.
